A Realtor® with the Bellevue office of Coldwell Banker Bain (#1 in the world!), I am locally, nationally, and internationally certified as a luxury home marketing specialist, a designation achieved by only 4.6 of worldwide Coldwell Banker associates. My real specialty, however, is providing warm, personalized serviced, minimizing the stress of buying or selling a home, coupled with extensive market knowledge and unparalleled client representation.
I have a degree in psychology from San Diego State University (Go Aztecs?) and have done graduate work in law and fiction writing, a natural combination. My favorite combination—love houses, love people—is what makes me so gosh darned good at real estate advice and representation.
Since my business is referral based, I ply my trade from the Cascades to the Sound, but mostly along the 520 corridor: Greenlake/Wallingford, Montlake/Madison Park, Ravenna/U-District/Laurelhurst, Medina/Hunts Point/Yarrow Point, Kirkland/Redmond and Clyde Hill/Bellevue. I'm finding some interesting developments down Renton, Beacon Hill & Mount Baker way these days, as well. That's me to the right in my car, my home away from home. My sticks 'n' bricks home is on the Eastside, where I raised my two daughters (alumnae of the golden triumvirate of public education: Clyde Hill Elementary, Chinook Middle School, Bellevue High). I continue to volunteer at Bellevue High, designing and constructing costumes for their fabulous drama productions.
Speaking of construction, I am a toolbelt-wearing, addicted home remodeler, who pounds nails for Habitat for Humanity as well. The 3rd photo (below right) is me bendin' rebar for humanity. (It's hard!)
